The synthesized powders possess crystallite and particles of sizes in nano range. The nature of the powder is poly dispersive. The morphology of synthesized powders is near spherical and the pH value is greater than the ten. The powder possesses similar dielectric constant value of 100 Hz at room temperature, as reported in literature.
