A simple synthesis of stable CuNPs is reported together with a procedure for their optimized incorporation in the OSC architecture via dispersing them on ZnO interfacial layer. The CuNPs triggers the localized surface plasmon resonance resulting in enhancement of short circuit current density under AM1.5 illumination.  %U https://aml.iaamonline.org/article_14961_40048fc63dfc94779c8ff9d9ac6717b8.pdf
